I'd like to comment on two suggestions others have made, and offer a suggestion for a third (not that you lack for ideas, but something came to me that I haven't seen before).

Someone brought up the idea of an extra arms graft. I would buy that in a heartbeat. Playing around with Cluster Bomb, I was really impressed with how well the script works for copying the materials to the graft; it looks great, and works with every skin I've tried on G8F. I think that if the now-discontinued Four Arms for Genesis product had had such a script, it might have been more successful, as the biggest complaint I saw from users was the lack of compatible skin textures.

If you do such a product, it might be nice for each arm to be separate graft, rather than part of one unit, like the product I mentioned above. That might make it easier to use with other grafts, like Cluster Bomb, and to do asymmetrical characters, such as the aliens in Niven & Pournelle's The Mote in God's Eye and its sequel. It would be great if it was possible to add up to four additional arms, and really useful if there were versions for G8F and G8M.

The other product mentioned that I would buy is a tail. I would find it useful if the tip could be morphed into several types, such as the spade shape often seen in images of devils, a stinger, and of course, a cock.

The thing I had an idea for would be a Medusa-like hair graft, but rather than snakes, it would have a multitude of long appendages (tentacles?) tipped with cocks. I don't know how feasible something like that would be, but I would be visually interesting.

I wanted to suggest a morph to turns the scrotum into a huge udder, like this
