Would like Queen of Spades Tattoos (ankle, lower back, buttock, etc)
Anyone know of where to look?

If you know how to use Photoshop or Gimp, you can overlay the tattoo onto the appropriate texture map. The trick is in getting the placement right. Not sure if that helps.
