All good here....

But move the figure on the right another step and...

I have researched this a bit already and some people are saying it has to do with the distance from scene origin. To me it appears also to be about the distance from the camera as when I move the camera slightly closer the problem disappears, figure renders great. FWIW the origin point of this scene is around where Willow is dancing, on the left, so Aliyah, whos butt keeps disappearing is on the right.

One other thing I would like to mention is that when I look at the fender blender geograft in the parameters panel the resolution always says base, even if the main figure is hires sub2 or 3, this is not true for breastacular or golden palace, which I am also using. I dont know if that has anything to do with anything but thought I would mention it.

Lastly, I use reality so no iray or 3delight. Thanks!

I've never used reality, but what you describe is similar to issues you can get when using a geoshell at a long distance from scene center. Are there any geoshells involved here? In Studio/Iray you'd manually expand the offset distance as an easy workaround. Could also be a corrupt scene save, it's unlikely but does happen.

Fender blender does not use a geoshell. I tried moving the figure to the scene center (that is, I moved the entire scene so she would be at scene origin) but that did nothing, however move the camera a smidge closer to her and the problem goes away. I also use golden palace in this scene which does use a geoshell and have never seen this problem with that product, nor iirc any other geograft. Its weird and I am able to work around it but a fix would be better.
