However, you're probably gonna run into problems if it's a real person for legal issues. Also, be advised that massively muscled characters are gonna need a lot of detailing which is gonna be really hard for someone to make in base resolution for Daz.

Off the top of my head, no. Not as many male custom character creators. Or if they are, they're like me and just make things for themselves.

I will say there's a few kitbashed Sabretooths I've seen on Twitter, so people have been making them out of existing Daz characters and morphs. You may want to look at some of those for inspiration.
