You're going to get a lot of answers to this, so I'll just tell you what I use. 

For the vag, I use Golden Palace from Meipe almost exclusively. Get all of the add-ons, all of the packs, and you'll have a versatile set of holes that you can adapt to a wide range of characters. For a female genital for G8M, Meipe also had you covered. 

For the penis, I again default to Meipe, with Dicktator. In my opinion, it is the easiest to use, the easiest to shape, and with all of the packs available for it, it can be used on most characters. 

There are of course others, and they certainly have their merits, but this is my go-to solution in almost every case. Look at Meipe's store, 3feetwolf, Sledgehammer, and don't discount the genital figures available from DAZ, they have their merits as well, but the downside is that you will pay through the nose for them, as they're only available if you buy a pro pack for a character, usually at around $70. For that money you could buy every genital in the store here.

XY is cool, but I always end doing custom fix morphs because something always looks off to me after posing. I have the impression Dicktator is the standard of 3rd party genitals.

Genesis 8.1 now has male and female genitals for each base. Both genitals are in the bundles. I know some vendors are starting to provide both textures presets. I plan to do it myself with my characters. Again, for something more exaggerated, I think Golden Palace For Genesis 8 Male is the one I've heard the most.

I'm currently using genesis 8.1 instead of genesis 8, and i had looked around and found that it has problems on 8.1. Luckily someone put out a fix for Dicktator but I haven't found one for golden palace for g8.1m
