I doubt it, as it's been 16 days since you last posted this, and still no word, from anyone...
The fact that no one cares for an update is quite evident in the lack of interest your post has generated and that most in these communities are deeply stuck in the past and proclaim their pride in using old tech/characters; so the demand is hardly there.
I for one would love an update but I doubt it will ever happen, what I found that works would be to use the updated official release of Daz's genitalia for Genesis 8.1, unfortunately, it's not nearly as versatile as fleetwolf's product, maybe another 3rd party modeler can step in to fill that gap in the market.
I just read about a work-a-round posted here in the official support thread...

Hi,
Last month I have updated NGV8 so that it can be applied to g8.1f. However, some users found that some material setting scripts had problems. I have fixed these and just uploaded the new installation package. Once approved, you can re-download and install it to get full support for g8.1f.
