Are there any plans to update XY to Michael 8.1? Wondering if I should even buy it since I'll probably only use XY.

I will add new materials for new skin shared and it will be for M8.1 apart from the materials it should already work. I will test it as soon as I get my hands on M8.1.

Hey dbxxx,
Any update on this? I still can't get XY to properly load onto M8.1
There are odd texturing issues with the torso being grayed out. Any advice on how to make it work would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Genesis 8.1 update will be up soon. Until it is you can manually turn off "body" and "head" surfaces on the shell (select XY shell, go to Parameters\Shell\Visibility\Surfaces) and there is also new skin shader that you can find under "My Daz 3D Library\Shader Presets\Iray\Daz PBRSkin" and load on both XY's surfaces before you copy manually "Body" surface from michael8.1 to XY's "default" and "torso" surfaces.

Hey dbxxx,
Thank you for that information. I still seem to be having this issue after loading XY and then turning off "Body" and "Head" on the XY Shell:
I also tried loading the PBR Skin onto it and didn't have any luck with it.
Any other info would be very much appreciated. Thanks! Casps attached the following image(s):

You just need to manualy copy the body("Torso" for G8 or "Body" for G8.1) surface to XY's "Torso" and "Default" surfaces. I finished XXY's update now and will upload XY,s update in a couple of days.
