Goodness gracious, give them time. For one 3feetwolf has posted in several threads in the past day or so that the updated files have been uploaded and they need to go through testing, so it should be updated in a few days to a week depending on if the testers encounter any problems.

 

Secondly it takes time to fix issues when Daz decides to make updates that break 3rd party grafts and scripts (The only reason it didn't break Daz's grafts and scripts is they had months to work out fixes behind the scenes before the 8.1 updates released, sadly the 3rd party developers aren't given advanced copies for free to be able to fix issues when Daz's updates break things.) 

 

Personally with the amounts of items this update has broken I think the graft creators here like Meipe, 3feetwolf, DB XXX, SFDesign, etc. should all be commended for the work they have already put in fixing the issues this update has caused.   

Try this workaround:
Load your girl, and don't select anything in your scene tab. Now load the new gens.
Select the new gens.
go to display options of the tabs, EDIT -> SCENE IDENTIFICATION
There is a roll out tab called "preferred base"
Change from Genesis 8
                        Female
to.
                   Genesis 8.1
                        Female
Now fit the new Gens to your girl.
 

At the point this was written Meipe had already posted updated scripts, and as I posted 3feetwolf had recently posted in several threads stating that his gens update was in testing. I'm sorry if being a bit annoyed with people for asking something that had been recently answered multiple times, and would have been obvious if someone had bothered to do a cursory search across a few newly posted in threads at the time. Maybe you are the one who needs to "Cool your jets" rather than coming in and quoting a user a week later and telling them to "Cool your jets" 

 

Yes, I'll admit I started off a little crabby, but the information I gave isn't lessened because I started off the response with "Goodness gracious, give them time."

 

Also F.Y.I. I pointed out that Daz had their grafts updated before release due to vendors having access to advanced copies of the G8.1F and V8.1 which vendors outside of Daz aka 3rd party vendors don't have access to, so any updates here are going to be after said vendor is able to purchase and download said figure or character themselves and look to see what the problems are that need fixed. 

 

Also to correct your error, the Daz updated Genitals are not in the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials, it is in the Genesis 8 Female Anatomical Elements which are only available when you purchased a "Pro" bundle (Though now they have moved to themed bundles over the old "Pro" Bundles)

The Genesis 8 Female Anatomical Elements were not available with buying just Victoria 8.1, it has only been available with the Pro Bundles or some of the themed bundles that seemingly replaced them. (Victoria 8.1 Loving Life Bundle or Victoria 8.1 University Bundle for example) the only extra included with Victoria 8.1 was the Genesis 8.1 Female Vellus Hair.  

 

And as I've pointed out Daz Vendors had months of early access to fix and update products. The Vendors here got access the same day the rest of us got access to G8.1F and were able to first purchase V8.1 on the same day that the rest of us got that option. So they've had a bit over a month to update scripts and whatever else has been needed, and as 3feetwolf pointed out in another thread (In fact it was in one of the threads I mentioned in my original reply) with his updates the testers found some issues, and so they had to be fixed and retested before being released.

The way they did it the Anatomical Elements were updated and everyone who had The Genesis 8 Female Anatomical Elements got the update with usability for Genesis 8.1/Victoria 8.1. So your Olympia 8 Pro bundle purchase would have been enough. That is how I had the updated version of the anatomical elements before I purchased V8.1 (I got Robyn 8 Pro bundle for an insane discount) Though I was able to get some decent savings so I did grab the second Victoria 8.1 theme bundle as well.

 

Entirely nrw products aren't necessary since most of the changes to G8.1F doesn't affect the grafts fitting. Most of the issues are down to certain parts of scripts being fixed, Main issues have boiled down to scripts being designed to recognize if a G8F based character is selected, not recognizing G8.1F based characters. And issues with scripts like the material copy scripts because Daz split the Torso surface to body and head.

 

Meipe has released updated scripts for the various grafts and 3feetwolf has updated NGV8 to work with G8.1F (Though there is some issues with it working with V8.1 due to the PBRSkin shader not always being applied) and the NGV8 Expansion update has been delayed due to some issues testers found.
