Hello

i am new here, and i really don't have any idea if this is allowed or not

but what we want (company) is to buy content from 3d artist so that we can use it for commercial purposes,
so should i just look around and contact creators in person

or is there a section / specific way to do this ?

any help would be much appreciated

It would depend on your "Commercial" use.  If you are using products purchased from this site to create flat images, you can use those images for commercial use as the single user license that comes with the products allows this. However, if you intend to use the products in a video game, this would require the "Extended License" version of the product.  If a product you want does not seem to have an extended license, use the Contact Us form to ask the Store Manager to contact the product artist to see if they will write up an extended license for you.  You can use this form to request this.

thank you for the info

so if i understand correctly , we can use the purchased products in our websites including in the company's websites design (we are not doing web design business and those images will be used only on our websites)

and we can also include the products / images / videos in members area for our members to surf them,
and the regular type of licensing is ok for this type of product usage.

but if we needed to actually make a game out the content than we will have to ask for the type of license you specified .

i am i correct sir

My explanation was based on the assumption that you would be purchasing products from the catalog of Renderotica. You are free to contact individual artists if you like their work, to see if you can purchase their Gallery posts for commercial use. You can use the "SEND PM" button when looking at an image to be able to send that artist a private message.  Be warned that not all artists check their Private Messages inbox though.
