Basically he felt he was creating for a hobby market and that his items couldn't/shouldn't be used for commercial work, after being pointed out that Daz and Renderosity's standard EULA allows commercial use, (only exception being Anna Marie Goddard digital clone at Daz which had a special licensing agreement), Sanctum Art pulled all the models from Daz and Rendo, selling them only through Sanctum Arts personal store, but it eventually shut down, because no one was buying models they couldn't use commercially.
