I think since installing the Bovinity and Cream Queen products (bothinstalled at same time) I am getting the following erro son the log, plus a pop-up dialog box error message stating duplicate foumla has been found.

Do you have Clusterbomb installed?
If so that is likely what is causing the problem, since Clusterbomb V2 is out (Which uses a different folder for the morphs but same morph names) it is causing duplicate formula errors. Easiest fix is to uninstall all the Clusterbomb files and update it to V2 (Sometimes the grafts can have different versions installed and it not be an issue, sometimes you have to delete the previous version when an update appears) the issue is showing up with Cream Queen because it shares morphs on the upper part of the graft (The Top and middle breasts) with Clusterbomb V2. Normally if you have Clusterbomb V2 and Queen Cream, during install, it will ask you to overwrite the shared files, however if you haven't updated Clusterbomb you will end up with copies of the morphs under data/Daz3d/Genesis 8/Female/Morphs/Meipex/Clusterbomb/morphname.dsf and data/Daz3d/Genesis 8/Female/Morphs/Meipex/Clusterbombv2/morphname.dsf and it causes Daz Studio to throw duplicate formula errors. Really easiest fix in this case is to reset your Clusterbomb download, update your Clusterbomb to V2, and delete the old Clusterbomb files and folders.

I do have Clusterbomb, not sure what version it is. I think I used DIM (using the .dsx and .zip files supplied for the product) so no overwrite warnings. I'll look into seeing what needs doing to get V2 installed ...

Ok, that was less fun than it could have been! For some reason DIM did not install the /data files in the location it said it had. When asking DIM to list Installed file its says (as an example):
/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 8/Female/Morphs/Meipex/ClusterBomb/CL_Breasts_Side.dsf
However, it actually went in the following directory:
\data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Female\Morphs\Meipex\ClusterBombv2
Despite the V2 in the name it did appear to be actually V1. Downloaded the current version (also nice to see DIM thinking it was named for G8 Female unlike the original named for G8 Male ..!).
Made sure to delete all previously installed files then installed and no more error messages - thank you!
