A1: Short answer; Yes, the starter bundles are the only way to get official Daz genitals.
That said, it leads directly to the long answer, which is, you will be far happier getting one, or all of the genitals for sale here by the various different artists. They offer far greater flexibility, look better, function better, and in the end, if you want to make any kind of convincing adult content then you'll likely end up getting them anyways. My favorites are Golden Palace (vagina) and Dicktator (I'm sure you can figure which one this is), both by Meipe, but I own others as well and use them at times.
A2: Unfortunately no. But, Daz has a generous return policy, so you can buy one of the pro bundles, (There's a good deal where you can get the Michael 8 bundle free going on right now), and then you have 30 days to return anything you buy from them, no questions asked.
A3: Not really, at least, not to any extent that you would want. You can buy morph packages here for them, but at that point I would just say get one of the far better products sold here at Renderotica.
