It's been a while since I tried it (the Genesis3 version) but I don't think it gets rid of the crotch bulge that all Daz males have for some reason. So it puts a vagina in place, but it will be bulging out too far, at least that was my experience with it. And of course it doesn't match up the textures for you, you have to do that yourself.

Edit: I should make it clear, this addon only changes your model from M to F or vice versa. You still have to add genitals to it and figure out the textures.

Hopefully one of the PAs can make a version that fixes that and makes textures easier.

No lie, I check every day to see if someone's released this. I've done the G8M -> G8F conversion method and the messing with male bulge morphs to try to get available gens to fit on G8M, but both methods have significant drawbacks. I'd be happy with just a straight-up port of Golden Palace, since it's got so many addons.
