I saw a comic years ago that showed a woman running through a forest trying to escape a flock of winged penises with testacles hanging down. After getting trapped against a rock formation, she was constantly being injected via vagina and mouth repeatedly by these creatures until they were drained and she fainted from repeated orgasms.

If the wings were feathered ones, it probably took its inspiration from the roman symbol called "fascinus" or "fascinum. A very good 3d example of it can be seen here.
I really would liike to see a prop made of this trinklet as some kind of idol/trinklet to be displayed on a desk or altar. "That was fun. Let's do it again."

Something like this?
I saw a dickie bird print when I was in High school (a life time go!) and it inspired countless pen and ink drawing and more recently Poser imagery like these:

This was kit bashed from three or four characters I have collected over time since I started using Poser. Use it all the time just have not posted all of the images it was included in.
One was an image I lost in a hard drive crash of a young model in an artists studio who found one in a cage next to his modeling couch. After some sessions drawing and painting his very inquisitive model he allowed her to remove the cover of the cage and marveled at her shocked expression seeing the pet dickie bird within. It didn't take long before he was painting and photographing her and the pet creating marvelous orgasmic art together in his studio. It was a series of three images and ech was more obscene than the other. I was trying to set them up as an erotic triptych illustrating a more detailed version of the story when the damn drive crashed losing everything.
