Meipe,

Big fan.

I upgraded to Daz 4.12 and now the Headlights do not fit Teen Josie V7.  On a a saved sub-scene character (on the left) the nipples get all messed up literally like spaghetti in the air.  When loading in a new Josie model and applying the Headlights they actually no longer fit her.  You can see the original areola peaking out form below regardless of I use a small or large shell.

I tried dropping G8 Headlights on there and that worked ok except when it came to the Mat it wants a G8 model.  I tried using the MAT that came form G3 but no dice.

Also, have no issue with any other models as of right now.  Seems to only have impacted Teen Josie.

I am trying to work on a project right now and this is killing me.  Please any help.

Mick

Update. It appears to only be impacting Teen Josie 7. The "custom character on he left is based on that model. That said I loaded a model that I purchased in DAZ for Teen Josie & and no issues. So it appears to be only Teen Josie....?

When I bring in the default TJ7 and add the HL it ends up higher than the default areola. Hiding the shell the nipple is higher too. It seems to be moving the default areola and nipple down because when I hide the shell I see the default areola is down form the the other (i left it alone) and the nipple is set way up high.

Going to try and reinstall TJ7 and see if that helps. If you have any ideas at all please let me know. This is a main character.

Meipe,

The issue appears to be due to the G3 height adjuster.  I have experienced the same issue with Mei Lin 7 as seen in attached images.  These are custom characters for a project I am working on.  Is this something you can look into?

Hey Meipe,

I was wondering where you are at on this update? Thanks so much again for looking into repairing this!

I've checked, and the G3F Headlights  already support the Height morph... Can you see the custom morph in the Headlights parameters with show hidden properties enabled? (Load Headlights without G3F for this)

Yes, was able to locate the file and FBMHeight in Daz itself. As soon as I adjust the height same result.

Hey Meipe,

No issues with G8. I found that there are also issues with some G3 wardrobe assets bought though DAZ when placed on G3 models utilizing the height adjustment. I have been in contact with our friends at Daz and a few days ago Daz admitted that this a "known" issue with 4.12 and not high on their priority list as 4.12 has been a hot mess as you may be aware. I'll let you know what I hear, when I hear.

Thanks for taking the time on this.
