Hey Thunder,

Nice products. I am using the BJ-HJ pose collection and I place both the male and female character in the scene after using you poses everything looks great. I then go to timeline to set up an animation. The g3f character stays in place however the g3m character jumps back to zero, flips over and start fucking the floor (seriously). HELP PLEASE!

Thanks,
Mick

Hi Mick!

Poses in pose packs like mine are still image poses, and only contain data for a single frame, they do not animate the figure, instead they give you a variety of poses to use in making comics, image series, posters etc.

Animated poses are a different type of pose, Stimuli does some amazing animated poses, if that's what you're looking for I'd recommend his products. :)

Check out Stimuli's product catalog here!

Hey,

I understand that. What I am saying is that the G3M pose will not stay in place when I go to timeline and animatelite and move to the next frame. He immeditaly jumps to back to zero flips over and frame to frame for some reason start having sex with the floor. I need him to stay where he is. Normally, like for the g3F which is staying in place for some reason, I select a pose, go into timeline move to the next frame and select another pose the characters stay in place. No issues. But your male fig jumps from where I place him before i can select another pose. Any ideas?

Thx for your time.

Hmm, I have a hunch what it could be. There's 2 different things at work here.

1) My oldest poses,  the G3 "classic" style Volume 1 poses, were made before I started removing scene center, so yes, they're the old style where applying a new pose sends your character back to scene center (this is an older way of saving poses that most vendors were still using at the time).
My newerr G3 Volume 2 poses and all the Vol 1 and Vol 2 G8 poses have had all that data cleaned up so they don't move your characters scene position when you apply them.

2) However, it sounds like you're saying the figure is moving BEFORE you apply the next pose on the new frame?
Have you used the figure in the current scene file for other projects?
There may be hidden frame data still attached to him even though it appears the frames were deleted.
Basic Studio timeline doesn't show you everything, you need something like Keymate to see everything that's going on.
Even if you create a fresh scene then import the old character in as a scene subset, he can carry over all his old frame data.
Using Keymate you can see everything and delete all the old keys and frame info for the specific character.

Also, and this is critically important, you need to be fully keying in every frame you add to the timeline or things can get really wonky. Regular timeline doesn't auto save everything very well on it's own, which is why I'd recommend Keymate, it's much more robust for using the frames and timeline.

Try creating a simple new scene, and import a raw G8M, apply the same pose and move through the frames. If you don't see the same problem, then you know it's that character in that specific scene file.
You can find the keys and delete them using Keymate, it's been a lifesaver for me and I use it daily for just the issues you're describing :)

Hey,

Thanks for your time on this. Very much appreciated. I defaulted to just writing down the position of the fig and going frame by frame and re positioning him form zero. Laborious. When I have time I will have to pick Keymate and delve deeper but you've given me something to go on at least hen I have time.

Thanks again,
Mick

Hello Thunder-3D,

I have a problem,...your G8 products. I have now purchased every single one of it. And now I am waiting for the corresponding environments to do a price drop.

I love that your poses stick to the "consensual" part and that they are consistent with GP and Dicktator.

What I would love to see now are more POV compatible poses as well as some more adventurous stuff. For example, poses that interact with different rooms and places like the kitchen, hall, living room, inside a car, on top of bicycles and/or motorbikes, outdoors etc. Also, I would love a set of kitschy/cheesy romantic themed poses with strong embracements, shy and/or bashful expressions etc.

Hi Akirael!

Glad to hear you are enjoying our products! I don't usually talk about upcoming products until they're close to release, but I have some sets coming next week that I think you'll enjoy very much :)

I'm also currently working with Chameleon and making pose sets to go with his prop sets, they are very high quality and the price reflects that. I can't speak for Chameleon as far as discounts, but I do plan to create a special bundle later this month when I (finally) finish and release the pose set for his Bathroom.

With the release of Lickalicious for males, I'll just say anything is now possible as far as more "romantic" themed sets. :D

I wish I could be more specific about my plans but the forums have eyes if ya know what I mean ;)

Cheers!

Hey, I've been looking at several of your products (haven't gotten the money together to buy them all), but I've got a question. The character with the black bob style hair and lipstick, is she a custom made one? Or can I buy/get her somewhere? She's incredibly beautiful.

She's partially custom but easy to get close to. All 3 girls are basically "Pretty Base Next Generation" for Genesis 8 Female from Mytillus/Pretty3D, using the Victoria 8 materials. The version with the black bob haircut uses a special version of the Victoria 8 skin in a product called "Sunless for Genesis 8 Female", all can be found on the DAZ site. :)

Cheers!

I ran into a small issue with the dangerous poses expressions. The expressions provide an eye position preset. But it seems that the right side 100% doesn't respond. I checked if the default sliders are messed up on my setup but they weren't. So I write it here to just let you know. And no, I don't use AFE or similar products and the eyes aren't locked to a point in the scene. ;)
