I just made a purchase in the store for two assets, and all went fine. Using the same card, I tried to buy Disco Dragon 4. The Renderotique store is declining my payment. It's the same card, same billing info, all of that. Is there still a problem with the payment processor?

It would be very nice to get an update on this. The incompetence is bad enough, but at the very least you could let us know what's going on.

You can use PayPal to get a gift certificate, and check out that way. It sucks, that there are problems with the credit card thing, and trust it is no simple task to set it up. I have been working on mine for my wife's and my site for over a month now, for our digital tubes and books. And I am pretty competent. Admin here does this daily, so it's not a competence issue. It more than likely is a how to get this up with less headaches for all issue. I am not speaking from a place of knowing from admin perspective, but trust this has affected me too. My sales are way down from what they normally are.
