I posted this in the general help section, and was instructed to re-post here.
I am having problems with both Stereo Love and Dicktator v3.
First Dicktator, it won't load properly, no matter how many times I uninstall, delete, download and reinstall, I get missing file massages and the genitals only appear as bounding blocks, yet when I search my File Explorer the "missing" files appear to be exactly where they should be according to the error message.

The issue with Stereo Love is the inability to use the Morphs. They sliders don't appear under Parameters like they should, and clicking on the thumbnails in the Content Library doesn't apply them either.

Well, I'm using my computer's default unzip program. I'll give that link a look. But I should probably clarify that this isn't my first time installing Dicktator. I recently got a new laptop and transferred my Daz program and everything installed in it to the new machine. On my previous one it worked fine, but in the process of transferring some paths somehow got duplicated, but they still worked. When I bought StereoLove and it didn't work properly, I decided to uninstall and re-install all my Rederotica content to clean up the paths ans see if that would hep. That's when Dicktator issue started. Yet my other Rederotica products work fine.
Edit: I read the post and I don't think multiple Runtime is the issue, because the problem persists even if Dicktator or StereoLove is he only third party product installed.

I am a moron and I have wasted everyone's time. While I had previously tried to use the DIM method after repeated Manual Install failures, I was at a loss when I couldn't find the files in the drop down menu. It didn't occur to me before to have File Explorer and the File Explorer window accessed via by the DIM Package Archive directory open at the same time...
