By the way how individuals judge what is appropriate or not.
I can clearly see in the store that there is 10ths of contents that could be considered as inappropriate but they are not. And other are considered inappropriate but should be not.
In my opinion there is double standard for this. Or by someone subjective judgment.
Whatever ruler are the rules and we should obey to the ones that care for them. Its just too bad that there is not possibility the content to be a bit more realistic.
I think should be considered to use written declaration that the content are legal. In that way the guilt goes to the one who posted the content if it is illegal. For me it is wrong someone to judge by some really subjective criteria.
Anyway i wish luck to all digital content creators not matter is the content is erotic or ordinary one.
Well, the reason that everyone was so quick to point out the apparent youth of your character is a simple one: Renderotica is hosted in Canada, and Canadian law is very clear on depictions of underage nudity, even drawings or CGI: DON'T. I believe American law is different on this subject when it comes to non-photographic depictions, such as paintings, drawings, or renders, if someone knows better, please correct me. In any case, if 'Rotica allows images of that nature to stay up, they could quickly run into trouble with the law, up to and including shutting down the site, which in my opinion would be a terrible blow to the 3D community.
I'm not saying that you intended to depict an underage individual. I get what you were trying to do, seriously. But, when it comes to that highly subjective gray area, at this site at least we should all err on the side of caution. If someone might think your character looks underage, others likely will, too. If that is the case, it's best not to post it. I know that CGI characters don't have an age, only an appearance of one, but in Canada at least, it's that appearance that can trip us all up.
It looks like you've been a member here for at least 4 years. I hope you stick around. My profile shows that I've been here since 2012, it's actually been far longer, since 2000. This is the only 3D forum I'm active on, because the good people here are accepting and helpful, and nonjudgmental of kinks and fetishes. I can't say the same for the other two big boards...
