Karl 75 posted a few pictures today , i can recognize a special art trademark , there is not a lot of user of this character !!! I was intrigued ! He joined a link so i had a look on the site .
Many of our works have been stolen and posted on this site .
As far as i am concern , i know that posting on the web is not the best way to keep safe the copyright of my work but i I find it cheeky to come on the site and taunt us .

Thanks for posting this. I just saw one of my pictures on their site. I just finished sending my DMCA request to Renderotica. I hope they can do something.

I suggest that artist cover their works with a watermark like the large commercial photo sites do. It's a bit ugly but will keep the scummy talentless creeps from stealing your work and pathetically claiming it as their own.

Renderotica cannot do anything about main gallery art, each artist must issue their own DCMA to a site to have it removed.
Now in regard to Store items and Premier Logo art ... send a note with the offending linked image to [email protected] and the site will issue a DCMA on your behalf
Bodo I have seen your work at ImageFAP, and E-hentai and if there is a renderotica LOGO on the image I report it to staff.
I recently had a whole comic that was boosted for work I did at eroticillusion posted at a site and all I had to do was submit a DCMA and it was remoived withing 24 hours
Who knows what lurks in the hearts of perverted artist.... The Shado Knows

I saw the images posted this morning in the main gallery and noticed that several were by other artists. When I started to report them, I saw the admins actually deleting all the images about 6:30 AM Central time. Now everything is gone including his account. Good job admins. I guess I need to start signing and watermarking my images and checking other sights for my images. Bill I used to be disgusted, now I'm just amused

So no DMCA protection for regular gallery users? Well, I guess I can understand that. Time is money, and we aren't paying anything to post in the gallery. But my next question is can we put the Renderotica logo in our images to help identify them. I mean if we have to file our own DMCA complaints, that's cool, but if we have the Renderotica logo along with our own watermark on our images, that gives us a little more credibility and makes it obvious that this image already belongs to another site. I'm wondering if anybody from Renderotica could weigh in on this.

You are not only allowed to watermark images you create and upload to our galleries with our logo, as well as add your artist name to your images but I've been encouraging it for years now ;) sadly not many people have taken the time to do it.
Each month I personally go through our "promoted artist" pool and download, watermark (and sign in some cases the artist's names) to between 200- 300 images that are then scheduled for postings on our social media sites for that month.
you can grab and use this transparent Renderotica logo and resize it to your needs here:

Please keep in mind though, JUST because your image may have the above logo on it, that doesn't mean that "We" at Renderotica can then handle your DMCA's for you, we ONLY handle that for premier images and store products. BUT, you'd be surprised that images that carry one or both our site logo and the artist's names just don't normally make it to the pirate galleries/sites, cause it's harder to "steal" work with the big ole site watermark on it lol. (Which is exactly why I've been watermarking and tagging all images we post to social media all these years.

Zaavaleta it is almost always going to be up to the artist to send DMCA takedown notices since you own the copyright to your work. There are some cases where a third party can be infringed as well, but usually when you are uploading your artwork to a site you retain copyright and grant the site a license to display the work, so you are the infringed party when your artwork is stolen off a site and posted elsewhere. And with how copyright laws are written, it is up to the infringed party to defend their work. That is why in most cases only the artist can issue DMCA takedown notices.
Sad part is a lot of how the infringers get away with infringement so easily, is by posting in places that most artists might not catch the infringement or setting up hosting with servers in Countries with lax copyright protections. There are 195 nations in the world, yet only 177 are Berne Signatories (The Berne Convention enforces a requirement that countries recognize copyrights held by the citizens of all other parties to the convention.) so that leaves about 18 nations that either don't have copyright protection or have no agreement to recognize/enforce foreign copyrights. So they are seen as safe havens when it comes to pirating and art theft. There are also a couple countries that are Berne Signatories that are getting well know for not recognizing/enforcing foreign copyright that are also seen as safe havens for piracy and theft.

Cool. That's all I needed to know. I didn't want the site to get pissed at me for using their logo. I guess I'll get started watermarking my images. Thanks for the reply.

Easy way to check where your images are is to go to your image right click, search google for this image. scroll through results.

I found stolen work online by typing my username in Google along with the words- porn and 3D and found several sites that basically have lifted work out of Renderotica and copy and pasted to other sites.. They they don't even bother to change the username
