I just discovered that this is not a prop. It's a complete scene, and replaces whatever scene you have currently open unless you already know this, and merge it.

Any chance this can be resaved as a prop, or the promo material and documentation updated to state that it is a scene, not a prop?

I guess you could load the scene, select the item in it and then save it as a scene subset in the library pane.
