Ey everyone...
SO, first things first: being a part of the team of product testers I obviously heard quite a few things. Problem is: when I took this 'job' I also agreed not to disclose company secrets. And that promise was made towards the Renderotica company, not individuals. And I intend to keep any promises I make.
Here's the thing: I received plenty of comments from several individuals; both fans and vendors alike. And they all wonder: what is going on?
This is just my 2 cents, but IMO it would definitely suit the new administration to at least be more transparent about the current happenings. This may sound weird considering that secrecy in a very big deal in this industry, but... so is trust. And those feelings work 2 ways.
I've heard talk about a post on X (didn't see it), but like I said: a lot of people rely on Renderotica itself for news updates.
So... why not share any?

Thank you for your post ZenMaster3D. I appreciate how much this community means to you and others, and I apologize that there has not been an immediate communication about the status of the site to the entire community. I have rectified that, with a post in the public Announcements forum, found here: https://www.renderotica.com/community/forums.aspx?g=posts&t=284638.
We are working very hard to be as transparent as possible and we appreciate your patience as we work through this transition as quickly and openly as we can.
I will be following up with all current employees, contractors, testers, artists, and everyone who works on this site and have dedicated themselves to maintaining this amazing community. Please continue to watch the forums, as I will try to post as many status updates as I can. And I am happy to answer what questions anyone may have as best I can.
