How to produce 'Horizontal Inverted Nipple' look with Headlights/Breastacular?

As the subject says, I was wondering if anyone knows exactly what morphs from Headlights or Breastacular I would have to use to produce the 'Horizontal Inverted Nipple' look?
For examples, I've linked to one 'real life' example, a porn star from the 80s known as Dawn Knudsen, and one 'hentai' example, although I don't know who the artist is

I'm not sure on the wide look, but for the inverted part you can probably cheat a little bit and just apply a nipple preset at negative values. (This might require you turning off obey limits under the morphs options accessed by clicking on the little cog on the morph dial) Added to a puffy areola morph should give a look similar to the images you show.
