How to do a request to a artist?

Hello,
How can you contact a artist modeler to do a request, I have one but can't find any contact info, unless i'm blind, I figure they might limit communication but what if.

Well, I'd say try using the community features.
First... you could check the Product support section to see if the artist has a presence there and if so you might be able to post a request there.
Second... all posts have an icon at the bottom: "PM" => "Private message". That is also a way to contact someone directly.
(edit: hover your mouse over the bottom area: the square next to "report": I just noticed that this button isn't always shown, but if you hover your mouse it should appear).
