Hey all!


I just wanted to give a shout out to the superfans. We all know that artists are a finicky bunch, and we survive on likes and comments. This post is about the superfans, the ones that like and comment on most of our artwork. I have several myself. AnchorSteam was not only one of my first commenters, but once taught me a very valuable lesson about the length of my stories. stevo123 has helped me breathe new life into several stories and pictures that I thought were only going to be one-offs (the Kidnapped at Home series will be back as soon as I can get my old phone fixed and get the stories of days 1-4 of seven off it, I promise!). I've developed both a friendship and business relationship with the phenomenal writer IanSmith. Today I want to talk about someone different though.


whslaver has been commenting on almost all my pictures since I started posting 5 years ago. I'm pretty sure it's in the 80% range. Sometimes the knowledge that he likes it is the reason for me to keep producing. He's frequently the first person to comment on my art, and in our correspondence one of the only people I've revealed my real name to. I started making more mother-daughter and aunt-niece art specifically because he once commented that it was his favorite. I thank you, whslaver, for always supporting me, and many others on this site. Your support means the world to me.


Does anyone else have a superfan you'd like to give a shoutout to?

OldPornDog – He regularly provides a short story to accompany my postings.  The mind, after all, is the most erotic organ.  I really appreciate his short stories and hope that others do, as well.


Geramdrir  -- She posts some amazingly detailed art work and stories.  I don’t know how she did the studio she did as instructions on developing an artist studio are non-existent.  She’s been absent for a while as her location – Central Europe – has been embroiled in the events in the Ukraine.  I wish her well and hope she is safe.  Her artist studio is here ====> Renderotica - Geramdrir - Home


Mrdoodoo – He has provided me with some ideas for art work.  Some I can do, some I cannot.  I appreciate his comments and ideas.


Thx1139a – Like Mrdoodoo he has also provided me with encouragement and ideas.


Whslaver – He is a regular follower who almost always comments on my work which provides encouragement.


Bobrebob – He, too, provides me with comments, encouragement and ideas for future images.

I'm sure I've left someone out, and for that I am sorry.  For those who view works in the Gallery, please recognize the artists you like and the works you appreciate.  A "like" or a comment, please.  After all, the works displayed in the Gallery are provided freely to you but often represent considerable work by the artist.

I agree about "Whslaver". Thank you Whslaver for your comments.


I think "Bumper2" might qualify as well. :-)
