Converting items made for Futalicious to Dicktator - Is there an easy way to convert things over?

Hi!


Sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if you have an easy guide or tutorial on how to convert over items made for Futalicious to Dicktator?


I happened to see that SquarePeg3D, had made Futalicious Armors *deleted* And I would like to use them with Dicktator.
Now my knowledge about how rigging in DAZ works is a bit wonky, as it appears to be a bit of dark art, and there are no real good guides to rigging in daz on how to do it.


From my understanding Futalicious has the same bones as Dicktator but its the bones possions that are of.


I have tired using the Scene Identification to see if I could trick it to like the Dicktator and outfit to it, but it has not worked.


And I have tried using the transfer tool see if I could copy things over. but no success there.


So, I hope you might be able to give some suggestion on how I might achieve this.

Here you go... Futalicious and Dicktator clones.

So now, when you import a Futalicious item on Dicktator (and vice versa), the Auto-Fit window pops up, and under 'what figure was the item originally designed for?', choose Futalicious in the drop-down menu. It will fit as it should.

I tested it for some basic items and it works for me. If anyone can test it as well, I'll release the clones for the community in an official blog post.

Oki did test it with the dick armors that SquarePeg3D and it works like a charm! Scaling, bending, shapes and so on. I have some images, pleas se links.


I loaded a basic G8M with dicktator on. I then loaded the armors, choose Futalicious and they loaded correctly with all the armor parts in right place. I then posed them at a bit of extreme ranges and the conformed correctly. Some stretching and oddity on the armor mesh. But I guess that has to do with the mesh/3d models themselves and noting to do clones

I'm getting a file deleted page when I try the link provided by Meipe. Is it a small oops or taken down for another reason?

Also, would the same thing be possible for converting G3 FTL/DCK items to G8?

Meipe, did you see my request for a script for converting G3 items for FTL/DCK over to G8? I'd love to be able to use some of those items again! :)
