Advices for starting purchases G8MxF (A bit lost !)

Hello,
I'm new here (I'm used to DAZ 3D and Renderosity though) and I would like to see if there are some products you would advice as "starting kit" for straight couple of characters (both Gen8), vanilla sex, medieval fantasy setting (so for example sofa props needed etc are of no use for me :( ). I'm a bit lost on the site for now so a bit of help would be welcome :)

Honestly, there are a ton of great products out there, but I use Meipe's Dicktator and Golden Palace personally, and I love them both. There's tons of add-on support, both from Meipe themselves, as well as other artists.

That will get you up and running with functional boy and girl bits.
Not sure what else you might actually need for like a starter kit. Maybe check out the sale at daz if you want to pick up a bunch of nice stuff for super cheap. They're doing one of the big annual sales right now. A couple of dips into the Build-Your-Own-Bundle deal where you get 8 things for $3 is a good way to stock up on a few outfits and environments. There's always some fantasy-type stuff in those deals.
What other kind of advice do you want? There's a lot of us here that like to help.

Some sites, allow you to search by themes, which is super helpful, so you won't get those sofas, planes, trains or automobiles, so be sure to use that. As Brimstone mentioned Meipe's Dicktator and Golden Palace are my go-to anatomical products. I created based characters for those and just edit the dials.
One thing though, have a pretty good idea on how you want your story/scene to look, that way you can look for the products you need. There are a ton of products out there, across numerous sites, so it can be a bit overwhelming.

Thanks a lot for your help, I'll try those, I already have my characters setup, both gen8. I need a bit of time to learn ropes from daz studio, my latest soft was poser 7 with vicky 4 and no sexual content. There is a lot of differents things between Iray and Firefly to understand
