Issue following "How to flatten Golden Palace Textures"

On step 2 for "Project Labia Majora Textures" I don't have the "Labia Majora Tool" in my Golden Palce V2 list.
Where do I get that so I can continue the tutorial?

The Labia majora shell is a separate shell that comes with Pussy Wizard. Basically the default shell (sometimes referred to as minora shell in regards to pussy wizard) contains texture overlays for labia minora, clitoris, and anus areas. The Majora shell adds a texture overlay for the labia majora area (it can be used to darken the skin around the majora areas as well as adding a simple blush/flushed effect to the majora area)
