Breastacular and Fender blender style collisions question

So first of all everything you make is golden! I love your products. I recently started using Fender Blender for g8 and it's so fantastic, and until I saw it and used it I had no idea that this kind of collision modification was possible.
I don't want to put more on your plate, so I'm not asking for a product (unless you just want to make it! I would for sure buy it) but I wonder if you could point me to the keywords and things I'd need to be looking for to develop other types of collision grafts. For example, areas like the belly, or arms, or thighs--there are a lot of soft tissue areas were having these kinds of collisions would be super useful.
But I'm coming up blank when it comes to hunting down tutorials and resources that could illuminate how these things are done. Any pointers?
