FUTA: If you are using a graft product like Futalicious on G8.1F then the G8F pubic hair product should still attach to the base figure. You can then "trim" any hairs that are clipping through the graft or are just undesired with the geometry editor. This should cover you except for the balls.

SHEMALE: Another option is if you use a male genital hair product on a base G8M then dial the base morphs to female. Add Zev0's "breast-control-for-genesis-3-and-8-males" from Daz if you want boobas.

OR

CUSTOM HAIR: Use the strand based hair system in daz and paint your own pubes on how ever you like.

If you select a prop or figure in the scene and the go to the "Scene Menu/Create" or "Create" from the Main Menu, the drop down should have an option "New Strand-Based Hair" you can then add a hair node with it.
You Paint the area and opacity is hair density. The "strands" are place holders for the hair later viewable in render. Comb it, Curl it, Trim it, Color it.
Select the hair node and the Scene Pane Menu gives you option to "Edit Strand Based Hair " if needed.

It takes a little finesse to get skilled with it for complex multi layered hair and dforceing it, but to paint some pubes on shouldn't be that difficult.

CONFIRMED: Fuzzy Nuts in 10 mins, Added to the Futalicious gens (Image 1). 10 more mins for G8F Body. (Image 2)

Downside is, cant paint the gens and the G8F body at same time so paint the G8F Body and let in drape to just above the shaft (Image 2) or if you want full coverage you'll need to repeat steps for top on G8F Body and bottom on Futalicious.
