I ran all the fixes, made all the adjustments mentioned in the tutorial, there are no exotic shapes either just the preset of the Breastacular but i cant seem to get rid of this odd effect.
It seems like there are two nipples sitting on top of each other and kind of floating over the other.
What am i doing wrong?

Firstly only one graft can be attached to a specific body part at a time so you can't use two grafts that attach to the chest and have them work.
This is one of the reasons that when Breastacular was built Meipe included the functionality of headlights in breastacular, so if you are using Breastacular you don't need to use headlights.
So with having both sets it comes down to which you want to use. If you just want to improve the nipple area then use Headlights if you want to improve the entire chest nipples included then use Breastacular.

Thank you! I thought the headlights were required for Breastacular to work, like it was a required product when buying it. I am glad it has such an easy solution :)

Nope, they are separate products though Breastacular does have the features and nipple morphs from Headlights built into it (Though I'm not sure if shaping presets built with Headlights will carry over and work with Breastacular, I'd have to test that out and see.) and the Areola size presets in Breastacular were named as Headlight UVs if I recall correctly.
I can say though as someone who has most if not all the various Nipple and Breast grafts, Breastacular is my favorite, especially when the additional Areola shapes and mats from Milkaiser are used.
