Renderotique purchase attempts

ever since my previous visa expired and I moved onto a new card all attempts to buy from the Renderotique side have failed. I was expecting maybe an automated call to check that I did want to make a purchase but the attempts to buy are declined immediately. Does anyone else experience the same?

Yes. For some time actually, on one particular card that works fine everywhere else that is also a VISA card. I'm guessing that it's a payment processor problem and normally I just don't use that card for Renderotique purchases but sometimes I forget (like today) and of course it's immediately declined.
I suggest you contact the store with your details if you don't have an alternative payment method. They may have some suggestions.
