I was just wondering if it's possible to put on golden palace or if there's something else onto a non intended figure, while still being able to use the shell. I only need the labia and inner stuff not the surrounding bits.

I use poser, but if you check out "lapis bits", the original version has a vagina that you could probably place in position then parent to your characters hips. It would then be a matter of turning some materials invisible. Just a thought.

It was easier to use gens on different figures back when they were conforming figures or static props, now in Daz Studio at least it is made much harder as most of the gens are geografted, which means that the mesh the graft connects to much be a match, and additionally the graft scripts are set up to remove/hide the mesh under the graft. Really in most cases with Daz figures it is going to be easier using a gens on a figure it wasn't designed for if you go pre Genesis figures, so were looking V4 era or previous 3rd party genital systems, as if I recall correctly Daz in the V4 era only officially included a genital crease morph. Though Lali's bits if I recall correctly should work pretty well for what you are wanting,

Yes... err... no... err... maybe.

Technically you can apply the GP gens to a figure, add the shells to the gens, copy the mats and set the colours. Then un-parent the gens from that figure, manually move into place and parent to the target figure.

However if the geometry of the gens or the mats are not a good match for the target you are going to need some know how to modify them to blend in... and the target figure will need a hole if the gens are to be open at all.
Another issue you may have is with leg movements. On the intended figure when legs re posed the gens still fit, on a different figure that won't be automatic.

I'm just here by mistake, for a friend, for science... anyway you can't prove nuffin'.

In the past, I've worked with modifying textures (and their bump maps) and had some success with adding vaginas. Of course, the result cannot be posed, it's just a picture. If you want a vagina in a particular state, you'll need to find an image of one in that state.

Of course, this is all in Poser, I'm not sure if it is applicable to Daz3d and won't apply to all figures.
It's not Art, it's Jim.
