This would actually be great as I feel there's not enough gore content on any of the stores that have products for Daz.

Hmm first attempt, concept. I would defiantly want to do this using the g8 UV set instead of the G8.1 because of the way the head seam works.
It's just a simple morph made in Blender and then created a geoshell for the character (G8.1F) and textured it in Substance Painter. Using the Geoshell makes it compatible with any character as an addon.
Keep in mind I don't have access to HD modeling because I'm not a PA so the detail for the cut is limited to low resolution poly.
I have full anatomy sub models from 3rd parties where throat, spine and tendons could be added for more detail. And the textures could be improved a lot.
If that is the type of thing your looking for I can work on a more advanced version sometime next week.

Ok I'll try and get to this sometime late this week or next and do it right. The above was based on G8.1 but will do it instead with G8 because of the head/body seam issue going on with the UVs.
I've got a few other simple morphs people have wanted so will ask if I can release them here.
