Good day to you sir, I have resently purchased M Texture wizard from you (invoice 684216) and after following step by step "Texture izard First Setup" tutorial am having trouble applying wet textues to dictator. image.png Not sure if Dictator vervion I have is v.3, I purchased it on 7/19/2020 inv.# 618069 or how to update it it it is not. I took a few screen shoots for you and I believe that I follow everything in correct order. image.png I get this "No Materil edited something about shaders on the shell arent Iray Uber" message when adding displasement and bump, not sure if it has anything to do with it or how to fix it. I do use mdl mats for my G8M figure. image.png Than I also tried to do it while having Dicktator shell selected in the scene and get the same message image.png Anyway, after following all the steps of the tutorial: image.png image.png This is what I get: image.png Please help me resolve this issue, hope to hear from you soon. bman4u123 attached the following image(s):

You need to add a texture to the shell as well. Just use the same one you used on the main shell, and the same displacement too.
So... Load the main prop and the two shells. Run the mat copy script with the character selected. Find a texture you like. Add it to the main shell and the wet shell with them selected respectively in the scene tab.. Pick a displacement you like. Add it to the main shell and the wet shell. Finally, pick a wet map you like and add this only to the wet shell.
Finally, enjoy your nice shimmery weener. Edited by user Wednesday, March 24, 2021 5:35:23 PM(UTC)

Thanks,... I followed what you said but it changed nothing, was able to get the white crust off the balls and crutch after watching the tutorial. Other than that.., frustrating!

Strange... is everything installed correctly? @Matt did a good tutorial on installing stuff, maybe check that out

If you're still having problems I can do a short video on the steps you take to get the textures loaded correctly.

For installation i simply moved the folders from zip file. Contents folder into My Library folder where it automatically moves. them into right location ( people to people, runtime to runtime etc..)the way i do with all his products. The only thing that doesn't work is the wet shell, i have followed his "first time set up" tutorial step by step" by it just would adopt the textures of the dictator shell. A video would be greatly appreciated, maybe i am missing something after all. Thank you for helping

Yeah, everything sounds like you have the installation correct. I'll do a short video quick.

Thank you. It's not the one on how to fix geoshells is it? Because i allready saw that one and it did little to help. So im hoping it's about the actual product.

Yes, it's about this specific product, your problem isn't what's in the other video I did.

Hopefully this helps, it's basically just the steps that you go through to get the textures loaded.

That last step you do - press Mat Copy in the main prop folder is supposed to fix the discoloration problem. When I do that it does not solve it. But here is a thing I noticed in your tutorial - You Dictator folder has a Dictator v.3 sub folder where you work the main prop. Mine doesn't have a V.3 sub folder, (Not sure if I'm allowed to post another pic to show you.) This could be the problem as it mentions in the tutorial - Dicktator v.3 is needed for M Tex. to work. I purchased mine around 6/2020 so I thought it's supposed to be the newest version but if it is not, How do I upgrade to V.3 ?

Just deleted the old Dicktator and Reloaded it again. I see some v.3 folders now under Data in MyLibrary Directory. Will try again tomorrow as it is late now. Thank you for your support!

Yes, the Texture Wizard will only work with the V3 version of the prop. With all the updates and versions that a lot of these products get it can be a bit difficult for figure out what you need to install and in what order. Make sure you install everything for sure.
Just find your Dicktator in your downloads folder and refresh it. Make sure to install all the different zips.
