I am looking to apply cum stains on a dirty mattress, and possibly some clothes.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd advise using real examples of actual stains if possible, for your root textures. On dirty enough things, you won't really even see them amidst other schmutz tho. Unless they're REALLY gross. ;)
One way would be to blow a load of your own onto something black, let it dry, then photo that, then take that into photoshop, cut out the actual stained area, and then layer it (adjusting layer effects and/or transparency to "work it into the surface") in over whatever you want it to stain. repeat over something white for stains on lighter things.
