As I described, it is a body hook installed onto the figure's neck, when the figure's head is ripped off

Would this or this work? I think with a little repositioning of some parts either might work for you. Unless you are looking for something like a meat hook prop with just a normal meat hook and handle.

I mean, yea I have checked these 2 out, but they are not really the ones that I wanted. in the picture that I saw the hook is perfectly fit into the figure's neck and doesn't seem to be a reposition

I don't know on the Davo/Freeone set as I don't have it, but I know Davo usually puts a good deal of morphs so item parts like the hooks can be repositioned. However,  Carnivorous chains, the chains can be loaded in as smart props and there are the matching morphs for G8F to get the skin pull effect, but there is also just a standard prop chain that you can load and position the hook wherever you want.

Draw a picture of exactly what you want. Doesn't have to be perfect or a work of art.

That looks to me like the neck hook included in DAZ's "Mannequin Kit for Genesis 8 Female".
