Is there a way to transfer the cellulite from the base figure onto the fender blender add-on? Or is this something that you can add to the geograft? Other than that, this is an amazing product and something that I've been wanting to see made for a LONG time. Thank you so much.

There is a cellulite morph? I missed it... Does it come from some ZevO product?

Yes, there are a couple.. Aging, big girl morphs, and EJ's Body shape and detail morphs all can add some sort of cellulite to the glutes and thighs. Aging also adds stretch marks

A lot of them are HD morphs, though. That could create a problem.

yeah, but the glutes graft has a pretty high level of definition. Or maybe even adding some cellulite morphs to the graft itself.

I use a combo of these but I think the Big Girl Morph cellulite is the best personally.

Even with a high level of definition it won't change that HD morphs don't work on or transfer to geografts. The other problem with the HD morphs is DAZ is very possessive of the technology for the HD morph capability and it is only available to DAZ Published Artists.. There have been many vendors and freebie content creators asking about the HD technology being released over the years and Daz's response has been "You don't need the HD plugin"

What's Fender Blender? I've used a few DS to Blender exporters, but I've never heard of that one.

What makes DAZ's HD morphs so special? I thought it was just more vertices.

It pretty much is. It's similar to adding a normal map or displacement, but allowing the user to control it with morph sliders instead of manually loading maps and changing settings.
The newest version of Diffeomorphic apparently lets you export HD models to Blender, but I haven't tried it. There's a thread in the Daz forums about it https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/434862/hear-ye-hear-ye-true-hd-characters-for-diffeo .

I think there is more to it than just adding more vertices or being saved at a higher level of subdivision, or even higher poly mesh. All I know is HD morphs don't work with geografts unless the graft was created to be used with HD morphs, and as Daz won't release the HD tools except to vendors that make characters for them, (It would not surprise me if Vendors using the HD toolkit have to agree to sell HD characters only through DAZ) it makes it where third party vendors can't include HD functionality even if they wanted to..

While a cool development as for usage, it pushes users to use Blender to use HD morphs and Geografts, it still doesn't allow the two technologies to be used in DAZ Studio and until DAZ changes things and releases the HD toolkit for more users than just their PAs it won't change.

Fender Blender is Meipe's newest graft. A collidable gluteus maximus (ass graft) for Genesis 8 Female.

Doh! I'm an idiot. I've been so focused on Blender (the program) lately that I thought it was some new export script for Daz Studio.

Well, part of what I was saying about about the graft having the number of vertices available already was adding them directly to the graft, or rather making them a part of the graft. Can grafts be given morphs after the fact? I guess I'll have to try when I have the time but I've not done a lot of model modification so not sure how it'll turn out.

Aye, morphs can be added after the fact, and most of the time DAZ Studio will transfer underlying morphs from the main figure to a graft. Which can be both a help and hindrance, since there are characters that have nipple morphs built into the character morph, and it can mess up the nipples if using Headlights or Breastacular as an example or characters with built in genital creases can cause issues with using Golden Palace or New Gens. Sadly like was said the HD based morphs don't carry over to the graft, and I can confirm that at least in the case of the Big Girl Genesis 8 set the Stretch marks and cellulite does not transfer to Fender Blender. And if the other sets that have Cellulite options are HD based morphs sets than you would have the same issue of the morphs not transferring to the graft. Which in that case until the HD tools are released to allow 3rd party vendors to create grafts that would be able to pick up the underlying HD morphs, would be for some vendors to make some cellulite morphs without relying on DAZ's HD morph technology, or even Meipe adding some morphs to the graft and Genesis 8 since most of the time cellulite would be on the legs and thighs as well as the areas the graft covers. But like has been said since Big Girl Morphs for Genesis 8 Female and Soto's Glutes Utilities use HD they won't work with Fender Blender.(can't check the Zev0 ones as I don't have that set)
After doing some testing I have good news and bad news. Good news I have a butt cellulite morph that works with Fender Blender, Bad News I have no idea what set of morphs it came from.

You could do a search for the name of the morphs in your data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 8/Female folder. Chances are that the morph is in a subdirectory with the vendors or maybe even the products name.

I had not even thought to search the data folder for the creator, I knew the properties for the morph just showed where it was found in Genesis 8 Female not where it came from. Thanks for that. And after a quick search it appears the morph came from one of Felldude's sets so it is a freebie at least, though the set name wasn't included.
