Renderotica

If I apply either NewGens by 3feetwolf or Meipe's Golden Palace to my character, Spot render won't work and locks up the scene. I'm not implying a fault with either product because there obviously isn't one. The odds of both of them having the same qwerk is pretty long. Has anyone else ran into this and if so, what do I do to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Just for fun, I tried with standard Daz Anatomical Elements...same thing. Seizes right up.
