Just bought this and when you go to open it up you get two error msg and a grey box to render

How did you extract and install the .zip?
It looks like there are some path errors. ie. where it installed doesn't match where the realistic dildo .duf is looking for the geometry and UV (.dsf files) and the textures. It could be as simple a problem as the zip extraction program added a space somewhere as it extracted the files. (I know some times the Windows built in extraction tool seems to add spaces where it shouldn't)
One option if this is what happened would be to get another .zip program and use it. There are some decent free extraction programs out there https://www.techradar.com/best/free-winzip-alternative
