Hi,
Hope someone can help.
On Friday 10th January I received an email from Renderotica Store with the following two lines.
'The product "Golden Palace UVs For Genesis 3 Female" you own on CGBytes has been updated.
Download Updated Files'
The second line being a link to my account page as usual. I clicked the link but unlike every other time the downloads were not reset. I manually reset the downloads and both files, the original and V2, are the ones I already have. I've checked by downloading again and comparing file dates in the zips and they are exactly the same as the files I already have. I've checked again today and there are still no new files that I can see.
Was the email sent in error or am I being as thick as a whale omelette and doing something wrong that I need to change in order to access the new files?
Appreciate any help.
