Phone?
Tablet?
Laptop?
PC Monitor/TV?
I'm asking as I recently decided to scale down the size of my renders because I feel most who are just viewing are not using large screens any more. So, any feedback would be appreciated.

All of the above (except for the tablet), depending on where I am. Bill I used to be disgusted, now I'm just amused

Since it's artwork I prefer to view on my PC w/ larger monitor. Tablets and phones just have too small of screens to do the artwork justice as far as I'm concerned.

I use a PC with a BIG screen. I don't bother with phones and tablets.

PC or tablet. Tablet resolutions are getting better, we are starting to see a few with 4K resolution now.

Desktop PC with dual monitors or a laptop, though I usually do the majority of web browsing on the laptop.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, much appreciated. I use an 32" HD TV as a monitor. I keep rolling this around in my head, why make a 3500x3500 render if most can't see the whole image when viewing. Just one of those things that's always on my mind when creating.
Thanks again everyone.

3 use WIN-10 and 1 is an XP unit (9 Years running) that I have some phot editing on and will use that thing till it dies

Is it a 4K UHD TV or just HD? On my old HD TV, I could plug my computer in to it and it worked, but the resolution wasn't nearly high enough. My current TV is a 4K UHD and it looks much better due to the higher resolution.

For about half a decade now I've been using an Insignia (Best Buy brand) 1080p 32" TV as my main monitor and I love it. I'm a casual gamer (strategy, RTS, etc) and although I do make 3d stuff, I'm not a big stickler for color accuracy, refresh rates, and all that. I can't say it's for everyone, but my TV works fine for me.
If you've already got all the stuff, it wouldn't hurt to try it. HDMI will probably give you a better signal than VGA, especially if your cable length is more than a few feet. On a 43", you probably will be able to see individual pixels, but depending on how far away you sit, it may not be a problem.
