Is there a way for me to remove this "outter rim thingy" that is around the areola :D ? I can't figure out how :(

Well couple of possible issues at quick glance.

Make sure you are in node selector tool not geometry or bone editor as these can display meshes and shells strangely when active.

If properly applied to the figure. It may be that (are we talking BTL for G9?) there may be a morph possibly a hidden morph applied that shouldn't be or DS is trying to collide with the default breast when it shouldn't.
If this is the case fix would be check parameters for applied morphs showing hidden and zero out anything that shouldn't be applied.

It may also be a nipple bone at angle or Z translated that is deforming the figure shape.
Which I think you can fix with adjusting rigging to shape script, or by manually adjusting the bone in bone editor.

There are some other threads with reports and fixes for this issue.
