ooooh, that's a good one ;) There's quite a ton of good stuff here to be honest, obviously, because it's a very popular theme.
First stop: realistic tentacle, by DB XXX:

They actually have a whole series (and I bought most of them) and each one is special in its own right, and of course... you can also easily exchange and combine stuff.
Second, if you want a monster to go with the tentalces.. well, you can go either way of course but personally I can recommend the tentacle monster, by the same DB XXX:

Now, having tentacles (and ropes) is one thing, setting up poses for 'm... now that's the real trick. If you need some help to get you going then Bujutsukan is selling pose packs for the realistic tentacle (this one is for RT2 btw):

Now, there's way more of course... do you need to "bath" your character in some tentacle crap? ;) In that case the Spermtacle by Dragi might be just the thing, based on realistic tentacle 2 by DB XXX:

And last but not least... even Davo has addressed this. Now, the following product is kinda dated; it was basically made for Poser but I can say from personal experience that it also works very good in Daz Studio. As for the dated part.. nothing with a bit of shader magic can't fix.

As you can see, there's quite a lot available here. For the record: All this stuff is part of my Daz library which is also the main reason why I can honestly recommend this... because I played with all these myself as well.
