Breastacular - impossible to get a smooth mesh.

Hello.
On some models I've managed to make the Breastacular look relatively smooth, but on others, no matter how much I try to tweak the smoothness, determine the correct colliders, and all the other options, the geometry is always quite uneven, which ruins the renders.
I've posted an image showing the problem below. I've spent hours trying to make the breastacular smoother, but no matter what I do, nothing solves the problem.
Has anyone ever had a problem like this and found a magic formula to solve it? Or do I have to resign myself to the fact that for certain types of breast shape, some poses, etc., the mesh will always be deformed with Breastacular?
Thanks.

Looks to me like the graft has popped off the base figure, if you have certain tools selected Daz Studio will do this with any grafts (It is basically treating as if the item is conforming rather than a graft, and it will show the texture under the graft surfaces where by default a graft automatically hide the underlying mesh) This can be caused by having Geometry Editor, Mesh Grabber, or Joint Editor tools selected (And I believe a few others as well that I can't think of) good news is if it is one of the tools selections causing your issue it is as simple a fix as switching to a tool like node selector, and the graft should pop back in place/hide underlying mesh like it is meant to.

Hey! Thanks for the answer.
Yes, I had the “geometry editor tool” on, so it created the effect you commented on. But the problem of the boobs being a bit “deformed” continues even when I'm using the right tools.
I think the problem is that other morphs are conflicting with the Breastacular morphs. What I tried to do was reset the original boobs and then “recreate” them using only the Breastacular tools. The result was slightly better, but it's still not completely smooth.
Perhaps the problem is the other full-body morphs I used in the Genesis 8.1 model. I'd need to reset these morphs too, because they affect the model's boobs, but as far as I know it's not possible to reset only the boobs in full body morphs and keep the rest of the body as it is now. I don't think there's much of a solution to my problem at the moment.

Yeah, with Genesis 8 and 8.1 the morphs used on the figure carry over to the graft, so the basic morphs are additive, for me it doesn't cause much issue other than FBMs that include nipples, as the nipples are main reason I tend to use Breastacular, so I'd prefer to use the G8F Character's morph and then use the Breastacular Nipples, but too many Vendors add the nipples as part of the character and don't leave them separate.
Now with Genesis 9 the issue is reversed, Meipe had to use Rigidity Maps to get Breastacular to work with 9, so the rigidity tends to block or reduce the morphs on the figure transferring to the graft, so unless you use the built in morphs you don't get much of a shape on Breastacular.
