The reason for that is that the shell on the figure has been modified in some way. Unfortunately, this is a known limitation of the strand-based hair technology. The strand-based hair props can only be fitted on the same geometry that they are designed on. Some of my later products, that have "Pro" in their name, have their own hair holder props in order to avoid this problem and allow the fitting regardless of the modifications of the shell.

Could you give an example of what would cause the shell to be Modified in some Way? Like when i pose a figure, when i adjust morphs of GP? or is it something else?

Nothing like that, it gets modified when you apply other products on the figure that influence the shell. If you tell me what you applied to the figure I could probably tell you what it was.

I have attached a screen shoot of the scene tab with all the items under G8F. Thank you for looking into it for me!
Note:( Jungle Jewels in the scene tab was not present when the problem occurred, I only add it to replace Growler}

Sorry, I didn't see that screenshot, I was just looking at the first one :)
It might be the "Breastacular", but you can test it to be sure. Just try to fit the hair without it applied.

You were right about Breastacular, the Growler fit the figure after I deleted it. Than i loaded Breastacular back on a figure even added a shell to it and everything still stayed in place.At least now i know a work around. I like the look of growler better than Jungle J. (Screen shot attached). Thank you for your help!
