Do you know what products can be used to get such an effect as on the girls here ( promo pic of product by Layla) ?

That looks like geoshells for sweat, and the rest ebing the result of lights. "That was fun. Let's do it again."

High Reflectivity, low Roughness and a wet/drops specular map.
Lights and surroundings help since that's what's reflected on the skin.  DAZ STUDIO USER SINCE 2006
