This would be an item inspired by something I read in a piece of literature on Hentai Foundry. The lady (futanari) has a ring of spikes around her scrotum that hit her victim (for lack of a better word) each time her testicles swing as she thrusts into him/her. I thought this was a neat and creative accessory, so I bring you the details of it here. Naturally, this could also be applied to male testicles too.
I was reading in the rules of the website, that Renerotica strictly prohibits URLs to external websites on the forum. Therefore, I will quote the relevant text from the story from Hentai Foundry "Futanari Academy" by user TheOrcKing (taken from Chapter 7 - Games Cheerleaders Play). The author has stated all characters within the story are 18+ (and of course the story would not have been accepted to the website if they were not).

Attach your own spikes to the ball armor. This is very easy and can all be done in Daz itself. Go to Create> New Primitive> Then in the window that opens make a cone and make it smallish. Don't worry too much about size, you can just scale it from the Parameters tab.
Then just add a metal shader to it and you have your prop.
If you use this (also from Meipe, and free!) you can use it on men as well.
