This issue looks somewhat familiar. My initial guess is that the author may have canceled the numerical limits on certain color parameters related to SSS materials and increased them beyond (1, 1, 1), i.e., (255, 255, 255), to higher values. You might want to check if there are any parameters in the character's skin material settings that have abnormally high values, such as (2, 2, 2) or above.


But this is just a speculation. I will conduct tests on this character and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your info! I checked the surface settings, but nothing looks out of the ordinary when I review the different surface properties for the legs and body. I am not sure where the exceeded colour parameters are located. However, I am not sure exactly what I am looking for, as the SSS settings max out at .60/.75, from what I can see. So not even a solid 1.


It may need some additional points, as it also happens with other characters from this artist. So it may be the way they do their materials, which is difficult, as I love the style and design of their skins.


Looking forward to any insights you may be able to provide after your own investigation.

Hi, thank you for the clarification.


After testing, I found the problem. The Expansion Pack script correctly created all the textures. However, the problem lies in the fact that the creator changed the Translucency Color in the character's skin material to a light blue, whereas under normal circumstances, this parameter should be set to red to simulate the scattering of light that occurs within the skin after passing through blood.


This problem is easily solved, you simply need to change the Translucency Color texture for the anus and genitalia surfaces in NGV8 from GensMapSSS.jpg to GensMapD.jpg to get the correct result.
