There are multiple options for male and female anatomy. Which ones are favorites for the community?

There was a thread on this just recently. Might have a look there. I assume you refer go G8M / G8F
Think every product has its benefits and everybody has personal preferences:
Male:
- Meipe: Highly recommended
- db xxx: Also nice
- Sledgehammer: Works well with the pose packs
- kaluma: Have not tried that one
- Rudy Study: Also not tried that one
- DAZ: OK with several 3rd party morphs available here and over at DAZ; difficult for characters without included gens textures
Female:
- Meipe: see above
- 3feetwolf: Also highly recommended
- kaluma: Nice but I don't use this one much
- Sledgehammer: see above
- DAZ: OK with several 3rd party morphs available here, there are UVs making it work for characters without dedicated textures
- Morphs: Yep, once a character is dressed I use character morphs instead of applying anatomy quite often. Makes things easier
